Abstract
The aim of this research was to present a model of development strategies for innovative curriculum in secondary schools, utilizing the foundations of Martyr Soleimani's education. The study employed a qualitative approach with thematic analysis. The population of the study consisted of experts in Islamic ethics, media specialists, educational sciences experts, scholars, and informed educators, selected through purposive sampling (n=20). The research tool was a semi-structured exploratory interview. The validity of the tool was confirmed based on sample validity, expert opinions, and agreement among evaluators. The data analysis was conducted using the thematic analysis method proposed by Attride-Stirling (2001) and analyzed with MAXQDA software. Based on the extracted conceptual framework, two overarching themes, studies-oriented and managerial studies, and six organizing themes, including constituent dimensions, were identified as the development strategies for innovative curriculum in secondary schools using the foundations of Martyr Soleimani's education. The results of the thematic analysis and the thematic network, incorporating expert opinions and theoretical foundations, indicated that the studies-oriented theme could have a significant impact on the managerial studies theme
