Designing the social capital model and ranking its criteria based on the fuzzy DNAP method in project-oriented organizations

Abstract

This research deals with the design of the social capital model in project-oriented organizations and the ranking of its criteria with the fuzzy DNAP method, and how its effective criteria affect each other. The current research is applied in terms of its purpose and from the perspective of a mixed method (qualitative-quantitative), the statistical sample of the research consists of 12 experts who were selected using a purposeful and snowball method, and the criteria affecting social capital in project-oriented extractive organizations that By conducting expert interview and localization questionnaire, important criteria and components were counted and monitored. In the second phase, a fuzzy DNAP questionnaire was designed and by distributing it among experts and analyzing the data obtained from them, the prioritization and relationship between the criteria were measured, and this relationship was drawn schematically and the final model was designed.Finally, the results showed that the structural and communication criteria are the cause for the formation of cognitive dimension criteria. Also, the structural, cognitive, and communication criteria are very important in the social capital of these organizations, so this possibility should be provided to conduct a deeper research on their situation in project-oriented organizations and plan for its practical implementation.
