This research is conducted on unethical behaviors that are based on false reports. One of the social problems that plagues people in today's society, and many experts and social behavioral experts acknowledge it, is the phenomenon of flooding, which is to eliminate People's personal popularity is known as undermining, which is done to destroy a person's character, job popularity and work activity or reputation, or to create problems for a person. This research was conducted to identify the areas that shape submergence among Ardabil activists with the Foundation's data method through semi-structured interviews until reaching theoretical saturation, and by continuously comparing the data, the data in 14 interviews reached saturation, which was achieved with open and axial coding. AndSelection of data, 29 codes were extracted and 5 central concepts and categories were produced, and finally this research achieved 4 formative fields in submergence, which are briefly discussed below.
