Challenges facing the IRGC in internalizing in the Pasdari’s culture

The present study is a qualitative research and uses the content analysis method with the help of MAXQDA software to answer the research questions in such a way that the identified codes are described with one word, described and after their interpretation, clustered and finally under a comprehensive theme. they got. Based on this, 60 descriptive codes and 32 interpretive codes were counted in the form of 21 comprehensive themes. The statistical population is a combination of university professors and commanders, managers and experts of the executive and scientific scene who have been purposefully selected.11 The interview provided the saturation condition.
