The population of the quantitative section was 16,372 all employees and managers of the Tehran Broadcasting Organization. In order to analyze the collected data in the qualitative part, the coding method was used and in the quantitative part, descriptive statistics indices and inferential statistical tests (t-test, heuristic and confirmatory factor analysis) were used. . The results obtained from the data analysis are as follows: In total, 54 indicators and 12 components were identified for the organizational culture model based on transformational Leadership in the Broadcasting Organization, which were confirmed in a quantitative step by confirmatory factor analysis. The current state of organizational culture in broadcasting was below average and transformational Leadership was above average. There was a significant relationship between the components of organizational culture and transformational Leadership in the IRIB.
