Abstract
Today, as the world is shrinking and getting more complex due to the increasing growth ofcommunication means, the formerequations have been largely disrupted and replaced with new ones, such that the world powers have turned to usingsoft power and making changes through peaceful and novel mechanisms instead of employing direct coercion. In dealing with the Islamic Republic of Iran, the priority of the Global Arrogance is soft war and to deal with the enemy’s soft war, we need to explicate and utilize our own soft power very well. Thus, since soft capital and its various social, cultural, defensive, security and economic manifestations play a very important role in the enhancement and reproduction of soft power, it can be considered a significant factor in the creation and development of the Islamic Republic of Iran’s soft power and soft capitals need to be converted tosoft power and the media can play a significant part in this process. Hence, as the Global Arrogancestruggles to confront Iran using soft war mechanisms and media tools, an attempt has made here to look into the role of media in the process of converting soft capitals to soft power and introduce the strategies required for this purpose.
