The purpose of this study was to identify the effective factors, strategies and consequences of developing the professional ethics of physical education young teachers in Iran. The method of the present study is a qualitative approach to the data method that was applied in terms of purpose and in terms of data collection in the field. The statistical population of the present study included physical education teachers, 46 of whom were selected by snow-sampling. The research tool was a semi-structured interview that continued until the stage of theoretical saturation. Acceptability, transferability and verification methods were used for validity and reliability of the research. Data analysis for open, axial and selective coding, the qualitative approach of grounded theory (grounded theory) was used and open coding was performed by line-by-line analysis of interviews. Based on the identified open codes, axial codes were formed and with the help of selective coding, a theoretical model was developed, then the paradigm model was approved by experts. The results of open coding indicated that 175 codes were identified in the five axes of causal conditions, contextual conditions, intervening conditions, strategy and outcome in the form of 46 concepts and 17 categories related to the coverage of the professional ethics development model of physical education teachers. The development of the professional ethics of physical education teachers leads to the growth and development of student sports.
