طراحی مدل پژوهش‌محوری در دانشگاه‌های نظامی جمهوری اسلامی ایران با الهام از رهنمودهای فرماندهی کل قوا حضرت امام خامنه‌ای (مد ظله العالی)

چکیده

این پژوهش با هدف تحلیل نقش رهنمودهای فرمانده معظم کل قوا در شکل‌گیری و توسعه دانشگاه‌های پژوهش‌محور در نیروهای مسلح جمهوری اسلامی ایران انجام شده است. مطالعه حاضر با رویکرد کیفی و روش توصیفی-تحلیلی، محتوای اسناد و مصاحبه‌های عمیق با ۹ نفر از متخصصان حوزه پژوهش را مورد بررسی قرار داده است. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که تحقق دانشگاه‌های پژوهش‌محور مستلزم توجه به سه بُعد کلیدی است: نخست، زیرساخت‌ها که شامل تأمین مکان‌های آموزشی و پژوهشی پیشرفته، ایجاد شبکه‌های ارتباطی کارآمد، تأمین مالی پایدار و توسعه زیرساخت‌های داده‌محور می‌باشد. دوم، سرمایه انسانی که به جذب و پرورش اعضای هیئت علمی برجسته، دانشجویان نخبه و نیروی انسانی پژوهشی متخصص تأکید دارد. سوم، آموزش پژوهش‌محور که بر طراحی دوره‌های آموزشی مبتنی بر حل مسئله، تقویت پیوند میان آموزش و پژوهش، پرورش خلاقیت و توسعه مهارت‌های کارآفرینی دانشجویان متمرکز است. تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار مکس کیو دی و شاخص‌های CVI و CVR با میانگین ۰.۷۸، روایی و پایایی یافته‌ها را تأیید می‌کند. نتایج حاکی از آن است که توجه به این ابعاد، همراه با نظارت کارآمد و حمایت‌های نظام‌مند، می‌تواند علاوه بر تقویت جایگاه علمی و عملیاتی نیروهای مسلح، نقشی کلیدی در توسعه اقتدار ملی و نوآوری‌های علمی ایفا کند.

چکیده [English]

This study aims to analyze the role of the Commander-in-Chief’s guidelines in shaping and developing research-oriented universities within the Armed Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Adopting a qualitative approach and a descriptive–analytical method, the present research examined the content of official documents and conducted in-depth interviews with nine experts in the field of research. The findings indicate that the realization of research-oriented universities requires attention to three key dimensions: First, infrastructure, which includes the provision of advanced educational and research facilities, the creation of efficient communication networks, sustainable funding, and the development of data-driven infrastructures. Second, human capital, which emphasizes attracting and nurturing distinguished faculty members, elite students, and specialized research personnel. Third, research-oriented education, which focuses on designing problem-based curricula, strengthening the linkage between education and research, fostering creativity, and developing students’ entrepreneurial skills. Data analysis using MAXQDA software and CVI and CVR indices, with an average of 0.78, confirms the validity and reliability of the findings. The results suggest that attention to these dimensions, along with effective supervision and systematic support, can enhance the scientific and operational capabilities of the Armed Forces and play a pivotal role in reinforcing national power and advancing scientific innovation.
