Organizations need human interaction to advance their actions. Communication is the channel of human interaction with each other, which sometimes takes place verbally and sometimes non-verbally. Non-verbal communication is a powerful part of communication and some believe that the origin of human communication was non-verbal communication. In this study, an attempt has been made to identify the concept of non-verbal communication by using religious sources, so that the managers of the organizations can use the desired methods of non-verbal communication in the organization based on it. In this research, the method of theory discovery from religious sources and texts, which is done by going through nine steps; it has been used. The research findings show that four types of non-verbal communication are emphasized by Islamic teachings, which are facial communication, eye contact, physical action communication, and practical and demonstrative communication, all of which contain practical and valuable points within the framework of Islamic rules and regulations. . Paying attention to these points is effective in improving the organizational behavior of employees.
