ارائه مدل توسعه‌ی جایگاه ورزش در مواجهه با تهاجم فرهنگی و اجتماعی در میادین ورزشی

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با رویکرد کیفی و با استفاده از روش داده بنیاد (مدل سیستماتیک اشتراوس و کوربین) انجام شده است که ازنظر هدف بنیادی و ازنظر جمع‌آوری داده‌ها به‌صورت میدانی انجام گرفت. جامعه آماری تحقیق حاضر، شامل ورزشکاران، مربیان، مدیران ورزشی، مسئولان فدراسیون‌ها، پژوهشگران، کارشناسان فرهنگی و اجتماعی و نمایندگان رسانه‌ها می‌باشد که به روش نمونه‌گیری گلوله برفی انتخاب‌شده‌اند (20 نفر). تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها جهت کدگذاری باز، محوری و گزینشی از رویکرد کیفی گراندد تئوری (تئوری زمینه‌ای) استفاده شد و با تحلیل مصاحبه‌ها، کدگذاری باز انجام گرفت. بر اساس کدهای باز شناسایی‌شده، کدهای محوری شکل گرفتند و به کمک کدگذاری انتخابی مدل نظری توسعه پیدا کرد، سپس مدل پارادایمی با نظر خبرگان مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. الگوی توسعه‌ی جایگاه ورزش در مواجهه با تهاجم فرهنگی و اجتماعی در میادین ورزشی، متأثر از شرایط علی (تهاجم فرهنگی، تهاجم اجتماعی، جهانی‌شدن و همبستگی فرهنگی) است و با در نظر گرفتن راهبردهای استخراجی (توسعه آموزش و فرهنگ ورزشی، بهبود زیرساخت‌ها و تقویت حمایت‌های مالی) که متأثر از شرایط زمینه‌ای (توسعه آموزش و ساختار اجتماعی و نظام آموزشی) و شرایط مداخله‌گر (فرهنگی، اجتماعی و ساختاری) می‌باشد، می‌تواند منجر به پیامدهای توسعه فرهنگی، تحول اقتصادی و رشد اجتماعی گردد.

چکیده [English]

The aim of the present study was to present a model for developing the position of sport in the face of cultural and social aggression in sports fields. The present study method is a qualitative approach using the data-based method (Strauss and Corbin's systematic model), which was conducted in the field in terms of its fundamental purpose and in terms of data collection. The statistical population of the present study includes athletes, coaches, sports managers, federation officials, researchers, cultural and social experts, and media representatives who were selected using the snowball sampling method (20 people). The qualitative grounded theory approach was used for open, axial, and selective coding and open coding was performed by analyzing the interviews. Based on the identified open codes, axial codes were formed and a theoretical model was developed with the help of selective coding, then the paradigmatic model was approved by experts. The development pattern of the position of sports in the face of cultural and social aggression in sports fields is affected by causal conditions (cultural aggression, social aggression, globalization and cultural solidarity) and by considering extractive strategies (development of education and sports culture, improvement of infrastructure and strengthening of financial support) which are affected by contextual conditions (development of education and social structure and educational system) and intervening conditions (cultural, social and structural), it can lead to the consequences of cultural development, economic transformation and social growth.
