This study aims to examine the role of revolutionary professors in explaining and operationalizing the themes of the Statement on the Second Step of the Islamic Revolution. In this article, “revolutionary professors” refer to those academic figures who, aligned with the ideals of the Islamic Revolution, actively engage in the educational, research, and social-cultural transformation of society. The study adopts a qualitative–analytical approach using thematic analysis. The data were collected through two main sources: (a) semi structured interviews with fifteen selected professors from the fields of humanities, engineering, and arts, and (b) document analysis related to the Statement. The data collection tools included an interview guide, document analysis form, and initial codebook. To ensure data validity, peer debriefing and member checking techniques were applied.The findings reveal that revolutionary professors contribute to realizing the goals of the Statement through three main paths: (1) education and dissemination of its concepts, (2) cultural discourse building, and (3) training of faithful and competent human resources.Accordingly, the paper recommends the development and implementation of a comprehensive program to actualize these roles— including capacity building workshops, scientific networking among professors, and curriculum development aligned with the principles of justice, knowledge, ethics, and Islamic lifestyle.
