The study of the effectiveness of management styles and the organizational culture that governs them has led researchers to present various patterns and models to identify the dimensions and components of management styles. This research was conducted with the aim of designing a conceptual model of the Jihadi management style in the social security organization. The nature of the research is descriptive-qualitative, which was conducted using thematic analysis technique (theme analysis), and codes were summarized and categorized using MaxQDA software. The sampling method is purposeful and snowball type, and semi-structured interviews with 12 social security experts continued until thematic saturation. The results obtained showed that; a conceptual model of Jihadi management was proposed with three overarching themes, 19 organized themes, and 129 basic themes. The overarching themes are; 1- religious theme, 2- revolutionary theme, 3- general institutional theme. The religious theme was defined with three organized themes (organizational piety, Islamic work ethics, kindness and mercy); the revolutionary theme with four themes (jihadi spirit, insight, being popular and being a guardian); and the general institutional theme with 12 themes (critical thinking, organizational belonging, commitment to benevolence, creativity, technical competencies, thoughtful planning, organization, transformational, effective leadership, organizational discipline, having a systems mindset, the importance of the principle of council).
