آینده جهان اسلام در نظم نوین جهانی: تحلیل ظرفیت‌ها و سناریوهای محتمل بر پایه چارچوب آینده‌پژوهی در اندیشه سیاسی مقاومت

چکیده

جهان اسلام در دهه‌های اخیر با پیچیدگی‌های ژئوپلیتیکی، رقابت قدرت‌های جهانی، دگرگونی‌های اجتماعی و ظهور بازیگران غیردولتی مواجه بوده است. باوجود طرح گسترده اهمیت ظرفیت‌های تمدنی، فرهنگی و راهبردی مسلمانان، هنوز در ادبیات علمی، آینده جهان اسلام در قالب سناریوهای نظام‌مند به ویژه اندیشه سیاسی و منطق مقاومت کمتر تحلیل شده است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف طراحی سناریوهای محتمل در آینده جهان اسلام و شناسایی ظرفیت‌های مؤثر بر مسیرهای پیش‌رو برای مقاومت انقلابی، از روش آینده‌پژوهی مبتنی بر سناریوسازی بهره می‌گیرد. داده‌ها بر اساس تحلیل کیفی منابع علمی، اسناد، و آثار معتبر حوزه مطالعات اسلامی و ژئوپلیتیک جهان اسلام گردآوری شده‌اند. ابتدا ظرفیت‌های کلیدی جهان اسلام شناسایی و طبقه‌بندی شدند و سپس با بهره‌گیری از منطق عدم‌قطعیت‌ها و پیشران‌ها، پنج سناریوی اصلی مشتمل بر «شعب ابی‌طالب»، «خندق»، «صلح حدیبیه»، «فتح مکه» و «تبوک» طراحی گردید. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد آینده جهان اسلام وابسته به نحوه بهره‌گیری از ظرفیت‌های تمدنی، انسجام داخلی، قدرت اجتماعی و میدان‌داری در نظم جدید جهانی برپایه اندیشه و منطق مقاومت انقلابی است. این سناریوها تصویری ساختارمند از وضعیت‌های ممکن ارائه می‌دهند که می‌تواند در تصمیم‌سازی سیاست‌گذاران و مراکز راهبردی جهان اسلام راهگشا باشد.

چکیده [English]

The political geometry of the world is taking shape in two poles, the resistance and ‎domination fronts. The pillars of the geometry of the world order take shape in the geography ‎of people's thoughts and ideas before political or natural geography. In other words, the ‎political form of the world is revealed in the background of thoughts. The Islamic world does ‎not have the necessary power to control its capacities to support possible future scenarios.. To ‎this end, the present research aims to investigate and utilize capacities for future scenarios in ‎the Islamic World by creating intellectual and practical capacity for the resistance front to ‎achieve a new approach with an emphasis on the Islamic attitude. This research uses the ‎scenario development method for future perspective. The thought of resistance has been ‎successful in estimating the capacities and predicting the future scenarios of the Islamic world ‎and fielding these two categories. The thought of Islamic resistance as a successful paradigm ‎has succeeded over other thoughts due to the expansion of the idea of resistance inspired by ‎the Islamic Revolution of Iran. Therefore, the effective use of the capacities to advance the ‎scenarios of the Islamic world is a necessity for the presence of the resistance front in the ‎global geometry.‎
