طراحی و تبیین الگوی نیروی انسانی مطلوب در کلام ولایت: با تأکید بر فرمایشات مقام معظم رهبری در جلسه مجمع فرماندهان سپاه در سال 1402

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر به طراحی و تبیین الگوی نیروی انسانی مطلوب در کلام ولایت، با تأکید بر فرمایشات مقام معظم رهبری در جلسه مجمع فرماندهان سپاه در سال 1402 می‌پردازد. روش انجام این پژوهش به‌صورت آمیخته (کیفی-کمی) می‌باشد. در ابتدا، استخراج داده‌ها و مؤلفه‌ها با روش تحلیل مضمون‌ به انجام رسیده است؛ و سپس، جهت ساخت شبکه مضامین و الگوی پژوهش از مصاحبه با خبرگان استفاده شده است. روش کار چنین بود که پژوهشگر با جست‌وجوی مضمون‌هایی که معرف نیروی انسانی مطلوب هستند، در ابتدا کدهای مرتبط را از فرمایشات مقام معظم رهبری در جلسه مجمع فرماندهان سپاه در سال 1402جمع‌آوری می‌کند؛ در این مرحله کدهای باز استخراج شد. سپس، کدهای استخراج‌شده به روش تحلیل مضمون در قالب کدهای باز، مضامین پایه و مضامین سازمان دهنده تقسیم‌بندی شده است. در ادامه، پس از مصاحبه و نیز ارائه کدهای استخراج‌شده، به خبرگان حوزه و دانشگاه، نظرات ایشان دریافت شد. نهایتاً، پس از جمع‌آوری نظرات خبرگان حاصل کار به‌صورت الگوی نیروی انسانی مطلوب در کلام ولایت ارائه شده است که شامل 56 مؤلفه ذیل 3 شاخص رفتاری (27 مؤلفه)، اعتقادی (15 مؤلفه)، و روحی و روانی (14 مؤلفه) می‌باشد. در مرحله کمی، حاصل کار به‌صورت پرسشنامه لیکرت که شامل تمامی مؤلفه‌ها و شاخص‌های الگوی نیروی انسانی مطلوب بود به 33 نفر از خبرگان پژوهش ارائه شد و توسط آزمون دوجمله‌ای مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها حاکی از آن است که تمامی مؤلفه‌ها و شاخص‌ها ازآنجاکه Sig کمتر از 0.05 به دست آمد، مورد تائید قرار گرفت.

چکیده [English]

The present study deals with the design and explanation of the ideal human force model in the word of the province, emphasizing the orders of the supreme leader in the meeting of the IRGC commanders in 1402. The method of conducting this research is mixed (qualitative-quantitative). At first, the extraction of data and components has been done by the method of thematic analysis; And then, interviews with experts have been used to build a network of themes and research model. The working method was such that the researcher, by searching for the themes that represent the desired manpower, first collects the relevant codes from the orders of the Supreme Leader in the meeting of the IRGC Commanders Assembly in 1402; In this step, open codes were extracted. Then, the extracted codes are divided into open codes, basic themes and organizing themes using the theme analysis method. In the following, after the interview and the presentation of the extracted codes, the experts of the field and the university received their opinions. Finally, after collecting the opinions of the experts, the result of the work has been presented in the form of a model of desirable human resources in the word of the province, which includes 56 components under 3 behavioral (27 components), belief (15 components), and mental and psychological (14 components) indicators.
