Since its victory, the Islamic Revolution has created trends in the country, region and the world, especially in the field of spirituality, culture, lifestyle, science and research; Now, with issuance of the statement of the second step of the revolution it is necessary to design important trends in the horizon of the second step of the revolution; Considering that his statements are a pure source for finding orientations, therefore, the aim of the present research is to make a macro-statistics of the trends of science and research in the balance in the second step of the Revolution.The method of this research is descriptive-analytical with a qualitative approach of applied type, and to analyze the "theme analysis" method, the number of 177 speeches from the issuance of the statement of the second step of to the end of Esfande 1401 was studied and the 18 units of analysis, 18 basic themes and 5 organizing themes were extracted.
The macro trends resulting from this research are: the macro trend of the promotion and expansion of the book-reading culture and movement, the macro trend of scientific leap and being at the peak of science and knowledge as a factor of authority and power, the macro trend of forward movement Hands-on in basic and fundamental sciences, the macro trend of transformation in the educational system with the Iranian and Islamic model, the macro trend of focus and orientation of researches using experiences to deal with new threats according to the needs of the day.
