The aim of the research is to identify the factors affecting sports ethics in Zobahan Cultural and Sports Club of Isfahan with a cultural approach. The research method is a mixed and exploratory type. The statistical population in the qualitative part was all experts aware of the research topic . The data collection tool included a semi-structured interview and a researcher-made questionnaire. In order to examine the research data, an exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis test was used to identify the factors and construct validity, as well as the Friedman test for ranking. The entire process of conducting the present research was carried out using SPSS version 22 software and PLS version 2 software. The results showed that six factors (individual factors, environmental factors, sports factors, financial factors, mental factors, and managerial factors) were able to explain 65.853 percent of the variances. The results showed that establishing ethical standards with an average rating of 18.44 ranked first, the existence of a code of ethics with an average rating of 17.53 ranked second, and proper and regular communication between managers and athletes with an average rating of 6.28 ranked the lowest. It is suggested that by establishing ethics committees, emphasizing ethical standards and a code of ethics, paying attention to the integrity of the pillars, the functional transparency of employees, and athletes' sense of respect and consideration for ethical issues, they should develop appropriate behavior and individual and group interactions in order to develop sports ethics.
