Justice is one of the most important ideals of man, the foundation and consistency of society, human relationships, and the mutual relationship between people and the government can be described with justice. The purpose of writing the present research is to extract the model of justice based on the teachings of Nahj al-Balagha. In terms of the purpose, the method of this research is classified as development research, and in terms of data collection, it is qualitative, which was extracted by thematic analysis method and through the analysis of Nahj al-Balagheh's letters. In this research, 37 codes were identified according to the topic which leads to finding 6 basic themes; Procedural stability, moderation and moderation, equality and negation of any discrimination, respect for people's rights, ethics and so on Being Positive thinking And finally, it led to the creation of 3 organizing themes and drawing the model of the conceptual network of the research. After analyzing and classifying the themes of the Nahj al-Balaghe letters, the above concepts were identified, which shows that people are the center of gravity of the attention and statements of Amirul Momineen Ali. In addition, the three organizing themes of procedural, distributive and transactional justice are interwoven and used together in all the letters, which shows that the Imam (a.s.) paid comprehensive attention to the many angles of the subject of justice in his letters
