the keyword of modern Islamic civilization entered the country's civilizational literature with the statement of the Supreme Leader. Since civilization is a mission of the people (not just elites), it is necessary to clearly identify and explain the component of realizing this important task by thinkers and experts. Therefore, the current research seeks to achieve the goal of realizing the new Islamic civilization depends on what components. In the present study, the method of document studies was used to collect data, and the expert panel method, one of the widely used methods in future research and foresight, was used to analyze the collected data. Based on the topics presented in the panels of experts, assuming that the foundation of Islamic civilization is the existence of the infallible Imam (peace be upon him) and that in the age of occultation, but the jurist is responsible for this responsibility, there are eight important and necessary component for the realization of Islamic civilization. self-knowledge, recognition of needs, recognition of local facilities, production of knowledge, order-management, coordinator, jihadi effort and finally revision, continuation of movement and achievement of the product) it was identified that all these eight stages should be redefined from the Imam's point of view and for the society be targeted.
