Hijab and covering are effective in the health of society, the present research was conducted with the aim of evaluating the effectiveness of holding Golpoosh book reading competitions with the aim of institutionalizing the culture of hijab in girls' schools in Qom. The research method was survey and applied. The research population included 395 female students who participated in the Golpoosh book reading competition and participated in the survey. In order to analyze the data, a variety of statistical techniques, frequency, mean, standard deviation and one-sample t-test were used. Based on the findings, Golpoosh book reading competitions in girls' secondary schools of Qom have been effective in institutionalizing the culture of Islamic hijab in the first secondary education level. Holding a book reading competition has been able to influence the audience in different years. But the effectiveness rate in 1401 was lower than in 1400 and 1402. It is suggested that girls' schools all over the country, in order to raise awareness and invest in reasonable educational aspects of veiling in schools, by holding a Golpoosh book reading competition at the first secondary level, lay the groundwork for creating scientific and practical foundations for promoting chastity and hijab for girls in Iran.
