Jihad to explain and defend religious and national beliefs, both individual and social, against the onslaught of enemies is considered one of the necessities of our age. The concept of Jihad fully conveys the difficulty of explanation and the need for extra effort and sincere struggle against the obstacles of explanation. The goal is to describe and recognize the obstacles of jihad from the point of view of the Supreme Leader, so that we can get to the epistemic obstacles through it and get the solutions of these obstacles from the Islamic narrations, i.e. the Qur'an and traditions. The present study investigates this question. From the point of view of Ayatollah Khamenei, what are the obstacles to the jihad of clarification in the field of knowledge, and from the perspective of the Holy Qur'an and noble traditions, what are the solutions to those obstacles? In answering the above question, we took help from the qualitative research method and data theory of the foundation and the MAXQDA software based on "open, central and selective" coding. The hypothesis of the present article is that, from the perspective of the Supreme Leader, the epistemic obstacles facing the Jihad of explanation, from There are four main components of "ignorance, hopelessness, weakness of faith and lack of insight" and the recommendations of the Quran and Hadith to remove the obstacles of the jihad of explanation in the field of knowledge, components such as strengthening faith, reasonable enlightenment, creating hope and epistemological self-fulfillment, God-centeredness, ,
