Cultural excellence is a key concept in cultural development and sustainability. These two concepts are directly related to the preservation of cultural identity, customs and also empowering communities to face cultural challenges and threats. Based on this, the current research was conducted with the aim of designing and validating the model of cultural excellence with the Islamic approach in a mixed manner, which is exploratory in terms of purpose and descriptive in terms of type. In the qualitative part of the statistical population of the research, 20 people from managers and cultural experts and professors of the universities of Ardabil province were selected purposefully and by the chain referral method, and in the quantitative part, 283 people from cultural experts were selected based on Morgan's table, 165 people were selected. After performing open, central and selective coding using MaxQDA software, the research model was obtained with 140 open codes, 67 abstract concepts, 11 main categories and 6 classes based on the systematic approach of Strauss and Corbin and finally based on The results of data analysis through Smatr PLS software, the index of "support for academic research related to Islamic-Iranian lifestyle" with path coefficient 0.821 was identified as the most effective index.
