The purpose of this research is to present and validate the organizational attachment model based on organizational culture. This research is applied and descriptive-analytical in terms of purpose. The research method is of mixed type. The statistical population of this research in the qualitative part is 12 academic experts and executive managers of the water and sewage company. The qualitative data collection tool is a semi-structured interview. The analysis method of this section is using the theme analysis method. In the quantitative part of the research, the model was validated by using the researcher-made questionnaire tool after confirming the validity and reliability. The statistical population in the quantitative part includes the employees of water and sewage company of Tehran province. The random sampling method is stratified. The number of samples in this research is 220 people. The results of this part of the research were explained in the form of three organizing themes and 14 basic themes. The drivers include "leadership style, feeling of respect and importance of the individual, the existence of a proper and desirable performance evaluation system, effective interaction and communication, and mutual respect between senior managers and personnel."Causal factors include "possibility of growth and promotion of employees, healthy organizational communication, ethical behavior of the person and establishment of two-way and effective communication based on trust". The consequences include"organizational and individual growth and success, alignment of personal goals and organizational goals, job and housing security, ease and peace of doing work, and increase in self-sacrifice of personnel."
