In today's world, organizations, especially military organizations, face unknown challenges that highlight the need for efficient and effective management. One of the factors in the success of organizations is the characteristics of their leaders. These features can have an impact on the organizational atmosphere, employee motivation and ultimately their career success. The concept of jihadi management as a management approach that is designed to achieve high goals and progress in difficult and challenging conditions is of particular importance. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the characteristics of the leader in Jihadist management on the job success, with emphasis on resistance strategies. This research is an applied and descriptive-correlational study. The data was collected through a questionnaire consisting of three sections: Leader's characteristics in jihadi management, Resistance Economics Strategies and Job Success. A sample of 384 employees (Ah) headquarters in Mehran city was collected using a template chart and available sampling. Structural Equation Modeling and Confirmatory Factor Analysis were used to analyze and analyze data. Two SPSS21 and Lisrel8.5 software packages were used. The findings of this article suggest that there is a significant relationship between the characteristics of the leader in Jihadist management and job success with an emphasis on resistance strategies. Also, there is a positive and significant relationship between the dimensions of the characteristics of the leader (popularity, contentment, intelligence, provincialism, self-sacrifice, strategic thinking) with job success.
