Learning culture refers to a set of attitudes, values and experiences within each center and institution or society that supports the continuous learning process (Yazdi Tagvi, 2019). This research was conducted with the aim of determining the dimensions, components and indicators of e-learning culture in secondary schools of the second period and presenting a model. This study was descriptive and qualitative in terms of practical purpose and implementation method. Statistical community, academic experts, managers, teachers and experts Education was. The selection of qualitative samples was done based on the principle of theoretical saturation of data with the purposeful sampling method. The qualitative data collection tool was a semi-structured interview. For the validity and reliability of the interviews, the criteria of reliability, transferability/transferability, reliability and confirmability were used. Qualitative data analysis was done using open, central and selective coding. The research findings indicate the identification of the pattern of e-learning culture in five Next, there were 21 components and 101 indicators, which were explained and the research model was presented by taking the opinion of experts. The results of the present study can contribute to better awareness and understanding of e-learning culture in education and education planners can take an effective step towards improving e-learning culture based on its categories, components and concepts and focus on Use the research model.
