چکیده

شیوع کرونا، تغییرات آب و هوایی، توسعه فناوری و پاسداری از اقدامات فرهنگی آموزش و پرورش بر ضرورت فرهنگ سازی مناسب ارزشیابی پیشرفت تحصیلی در آموزش مجازی تاکید می کند و نیازمند یک الگوی کاربردی است تا بتواند پاسخ گوی سیاست های ابلاغی مقام معظم رهبری (حفظه ا...) و اسناد فرادستی به ویژه سند تحول بنیادین باشد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بهبود فرهنگ ارزشیابی پیشرفت تحصیلی در آموزش الکترونیکی و تبیین ابعاد و مولفه های الگوی ارزشیابی پیشرفت تحصیلی دانش آموزان ابتدایی در شبکه شاد؛ انجام گرفت. از نظر هدف کاربردی با رویکرد کیفی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش، اساتید، مدیران، کارشناسان آموزش‌وپرورش و معلمان دوره ابتدایی بودند. انتخاب نمونه های کیفی با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری هدفمند با توجه به اصل اشباع نظری داده ها تعیین شد. ابزارگردآوری داده های کیفی، مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته بود. از معیارهای قابلیت اعتبار ، قابلیت انتقال/ انتقالپذیری ، قابلیت اطمینان و قابلیت تأیید برای مفهومسازی کیفیت، روایی و پایایی مصاحبه ها استفاده شد. تحلیل داده های کیفی، با استفاده از کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی انجام شد. مبتنی بر یافته ها، الگوی پژوهش طراحی و با اخذ نظر خبرگان، تایید گردید. نتایج نشان داد که مهم ترین مولفه های ارزشیابی پیشرفت تحصیلی در آموزش الکترونیکی(شاد) شامل ویژگی‌های معلمان، ویژگی‌های دانش‌آموزان، محتوای آموزشی، فناوری و ارزشیابی، پشتیبانی سازمانی، واسطه گری والدین، موانع و چالش‌ها و راهبردهای ارزشیابی می باشند.

The spread of Corona, climate changes, technological development and protection of the cultural measures of education emphasizes the necessity of proper culturalization of educational progress evaluation in virtual education and requires a practical model in order to be able to respond to the policies announced by the Supreme Leader. The current research aims to improve the culture of educational progress evaluation in e-learning and to explain the dimensions and components of the educational progress evaluation model of elementary students in the Shad network; was done In terms of objective, it is applied with a qualitative approach. The statistical population of the research was professors, managers, education experts and primary school teachers. Choice Qualitative samples were determined using the purposeful sampling method according to the principle of theoretical data saturation. The qualitative data collection tool was a semi-structured interview. The criteria of reliability, transferability, reliability and confirmability were used to conceptualize the quality, validity and reliability of the interviews. Qualitative data analysis, using Open, central and selective coding was done. Based on the findings, the research model was designed and approved by obtaining experts' opinions. The results showed that the most important components of educational progress evaluation in electronic education (SHAD) include teachers' characteristics, students' characteristics, educational content, technology and evaluation, organizational support, parental mediation, obstacles and challenges, and evaluation strategies.
