The current research aims to improve the culture of educational progress evaluation in e-learning and to explain the dimensions and components of the educational progress evaluation model of elementary students in the Shad network; was done In terms of objective, it is applied with a qualitative approach. The statistical population of the research was professors, managers, education experts and primary school teachers. Choice Qualitative samples were determined using the purposeful sampling method according to the principle of theoretical data saturation. The qualitative data collection tool was a semi-structured interview. The criteria of reliability, transferability, reliability and confirmability were used to conceptualize the quality, validity and reliability of the interviews. Qualitative data analysis, using Open, central and selective coding was done. Based on the findings, the research model was designed and approved by obtaining experts' opinions. The results showed that the most important components of educational progress evaluation in electronic education (SHAD) include teachers' characteristics, students' characteristics, educational content, technology and evaluation, organizational support, parental mediation, obstacles and challenges, and evaluation strategies.
