The purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of organizational values based on the teachings of Nahj al-Balagha on social loafing in Payam Noor University of Mazandaran province in 1401. In terms of purpose this research is applied and in terms of data collection it is part of descriptive-survey research. The statistical population of this research consists of 370 employees working in this university in Mazandaran province. standard questionnaires were used to collect the required data and data analysis was done using SPSS and LISREL software. Cronbach's alpha was used to check reliability, and content validity and confirmatory factor analysis were used to check validity. The statistical findings indicate that the current status of variable indicators and components of organizational values based on the teachings of Nahj al-Balagha is evaluated appropriately. The results of the research show that organizational values based on the teachings of Nahj al-Balagha have a very small and negative relationship with the variable of social laziness in the investigated organization; But the results of the research indicate that in the studied society, the negative relationship between organizational values and social laziness in Payam Noor University of Mazandaran is not significant. This point indicates that despite people's adherence to organizational values, social laziness can also occur in doing things. Several variables such as personal, group or organizational variables can lead to this phenomenon, which deserves to be addressed in future research.
