Institutionalization is a process through which the basic principles and values of an organization are repeated in an organization in the form of a current activity and they acquire common meanings from the people and can show themselves in the content of the organizational culture. data and as a result will lead to strategic alignment in thought and action. Institutionalization of Islamic cultural values - a revolution in the consolidation and establishment of state-building in the organizations and institutions of the J.A. regime. In the introduction to the second step of the Islamic Revolution, Iran is one of the most important strategic issues of Islamic-Iranian civilization. The purpose of this research is the institutionalization of Islamic-revolutionary cultural values in the declaration of the second step of the Islamic Revolution. The type of applied research and the research method in this research is qualitative using the "focus group" method, and its questionnaire data is analyzed with the help of spss software and based on Friedman's test, the average ranks of each group of components has been specified. The results of the research show that in the cultural atmosphere of the Republic of Iran, the best method of institutionalizing Islamic-revolutionary cultural values is the statement of the second step, for the recognition and perception stage of the group training method and for the practice and repetition evaluation and performance monitoring stage and for the internal stage It is an effort to transform these cultural values into organizational culture.
