The aim of the present research is to analyze the challenges of asylum for Iranian athletes and the impact of domestic athletes on preserving and strengthening the culture and values of the Islamic Revolution. This research is practical and its methodology is mixed. The sampling method is purposive and accessible. The population of the study includes all guidelines and speeches published by Ayatollah Khamenei in meetings with sports champions, which have been examined through their official website. Also, sports coaches, management professors, political science professors, sociologists, and individuals with at least four articles in this field were included. In the first stage of the research, for qualitative content analysis, speeches, statements, and messages of the esteemed leader were reviewed line by line, and finally conceptualization and categorization were done. In the second stage, by conducting interviews with 10 individuals from the statistical community, the challenges of asylum for Iranian athletes and the impact of domestic athletes on preserving and strengthening the culture and values of the Islamic Revolution were identified. In the third and fourth stages, the identified factors by a Delphi group (10 people) were examined; in these two stages, the factors with at least 70% positive responses remained for the next stage. In the fifth stage, ranking of the identified factors in the previous three stages was done using the Likert five-option questionnaire. SPSS software and Friedman test were used for data analysis.
