The most important asset of an organization is trained, capable and skilled human capital. The environment facing the IRGC and its consequent missions has made it necessary to have a dynamic organization and excellent, skilled and trained human resources. While studying the models of excellence, this research has attempted to provide educational strategies in the model of excellence and at the end, it has related the strategies of the leading model with the strategies of common models. This research was applied in terms of purpose and one of the types of qualitative research that was conducted based on the exploratory model. By extracting the criteria and sub-criteria of teaching and learning from the models of excellence, the researcher has analyzed the educational strategies of the excellence model of the IRGC's cultural managers through semi-structured interviews with experts. The statistical population of the research was the cultural strategic managers of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, who were selected by purposeful sampling. In order to analyze the data while coding the interview data, thematic analysis method was used. After analyzing and organizing the data, 8 educational strategies were identified in the excellence model of managers and it was determined that the distinguishing point of the recent educational strategies compared to the criteria of other models is: the specialization of the excellence model of IRGC cultural managers, which is influenced by the environment, atmosphere and cultural atmosphere Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps.
