مولفه‌های مقابله با تهدیدات نرم فرهنگی (مطالعه‌ای کیفی در قرآن کریم و سیره نبوی)

چکیده

تهدید‌نرم فرهنگی یکی از شیوه‌هایی است که دشمنان تلاش می‌کنند با بهره‌گیری از آن در نگرش و باورهای مردم تغییر ایجاد کرده و به تبع آن به امنیت حاکم بر جامعه هدف آسیب وارد نمایند. جهت تبیین و شناخت تهدید نرم فرهنگی، مولفه‌های آن سابقا برابر پیشینه تحقیق، از منظر قرآن کریم و سیره نبوی کشف و معرفی شده است و هدف مقاله حاضر شناسایی و ارائه مولفه‌های مقابله با این نوع از تهدید می‌باشد. روش تحقیق، کیفی مبتنی بر راهبرد داده بنیاد می‌باشد و داده‌های آن به صورت کتابخانه‌ای و میدانی به کمک ابزار فیش‌برداری و پرسشنامه گردآوری شده که اعتبار و پایایی آن از طریق کشف و بازرسی در سه مرحله کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی به تأیید 44 نفر از افراد خبره و صاحب‌نظر رسیده است. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که تهدیدنرم فرهنگی علیه مرجع امنیت کشور یعنی نظام الهی، مردم و رهبری کاربرد دارد و دشمنان برای نفوذ، تهدید و آسیب رساندن به این مرجع از آن بهره‌گیری می-کنند و از این رو بهترین راهکار مقابله، تمسک به قرآن و سیره نبوی است که برابر نتیجه تحقیق؛ مؤلفه-های آن شامل هشت بُعد:«انتشار انوار قرآن کریم در فضای جامعه»، «تعمیق اعتمادبه‌نفس، ایمان و اتکال به خداوند در سطح جامعه»، «التزام عملی مردم به اصل اجتماعی امربه‌معروف و نهی از منکر»، «ترویج و ارتقای فرهنگ مقاومت در بین جامعه»، «مقابله با تهاجم فرهنگی»، «خشکاندن ریشه نفاق در جامعه»، «یقین و پایبندی آحاد جامعه به اصل تولی و تبری» و «تقویت میزان دانش و بصیرت آحاد جامعه» می-باشد.

چکیده [English]

Soft cultural threat is one of the ways that the enemies try to change people's attitudes. In order to explain and recognize the soft cultural threat, its components have been discovered and introduced from the perspective of the Holy Qur'an and the prophetic tradition, and the purpose of this article is to identify and present the components of dealing with this type of threat. The research method is qualitative, based on the foundation's data strategy, and its data is collected in a library. Its validity and reliability has been confirmed by 44 experts and experts through discovery and inspection in three stages of open, central and selective coding.The findings of the research show that cultural soft threat is one of the efficient that is used against the authority of the country's security, i.e.. and the best way to deal with it is the Qur'an and the Prophet's way of life, which is equal to the result of the research; "sSpreading the lights of the Holy Qur'an in the community", "Deepening self-confidence, faith and trust in God at the community level", "People's practical commitment to the social principle of enjoining what is right and forbidding what is wrong", "Promoting and improving the culture of resistance in society", " Countering the cultural invasion", "Drying the of Tuli and Tabari" and "Strengthening the level of knowledge and insight of the members of the society".root of dissension in the society", "Certainty and adherence of the members of the society to the principle
