Improving the administrative integrity in organizations is one of the priorities of administrative transformation, and administrative corruption is one of the organizational phenomena that significantly hampers the development process of countries.Correct human resource management practices with the application of Islamic values in it are among the concepts whose reduction or increase play a significant role in the health of the administrative system.The conducted research method for achieving mentioned aim was descriptive and correlation and data gathered by the questionnaires and survey research method.All Professors of Faculty of Humanities, University of Guilan (N=141) were as statistical populationThe results of the questionnaires analyzing and the hypotheses testing are by Smart Pls 2 and Spss 20. Regarding the standard coefficient, the effect of Recruitment component (Islamic approach) on dependent variable (perceived administrative integrity) is about 20% and Selection,Training, Development and Compensable are 22%,24%19%,and15%,that training has the highest impact on perceived administrative integrity. The interaction effect of Performance appraisal and administrative integrity reached a not significant level among of the six components of human resources management practices with the Islamic approach ,whereas the interaction effects of administrative integrity with Others were significant.This lack of effect can be explained as follows:the evaluation of performance is more self-controlled in these capable people(university professors)and probably all the efforts made in the field of combining the goals of the individual and the organization are somehow in pursuit of the goal of self-control. and has not had an impact on the perception of the health of the administrative system.
