The purpose of this study is to identify the obstacles to the Islamic lifestyle and validate the obstacles based on the opinion of experts. The research method is qualitative the. The studied population were well-known experts in the fields of social sciences and educational sciences ,were purposefully 15 expert selected and their views were studied using a semi-structured interview. A researcher-made questionnaire was used to check the validity of the interview findings.The findings showed that the practical obstacles to the Islamic lifestyle in a general classification can be divided into two theoretical and practical categories. The theoretical barriers were classified into four categories: philosophical, religious, scientific and indigenous.Philosophical obstacles with two organizing themes and 8 basic themes, religious obstacles with two organizing themes and 10 basic themes, scientific obstacles with two organizing themes and 5 basic themes, indigenous obstacles with one organizing theme and 5 basic themes, the attention of the owner Experts were placed.Practical obstacles are classified into 5 groups. Obstacles of weakness in policy making with two organizing themes and 13 basic themes, structural weakness with one organizing theme and 4 basic themes, management weakness with one organizing theme and 7 basic themes, and planning weakness with 2 organizing components and 10 basic themes. have been counted and finally the infrastructural obstacles have been counted with three organizing themes and 7 basic themes.The data obtained from the validation also confirmed the calculated barriers.
