The new Islamic civilization is the vision of the Islamic revolution. Hence, civilizational insight is necessary to properly understand social issues and provide appropriate solutions to them. The use of civilizational insight in the analysis of problems brings civilizational studies from the field of theory to the field of method and points to making civilizational studies objective and practical. This research seeks to answer the question, "What are the indices of civilizational insight?" And to answer this question, it examines the components of civilizational vision using the opinions of experts and the foundation's data methodology. Based on the findings of the research, "time-space expansion", "meanings", "epistemological foundations", "objectivity", "order", "integration" and "civilizational dynamics" are considered the most important indicators of civilizational insight. The use of civilizational insight in understanding and formulating social phenomena refers to the application of a macro and comprehensive civilizational view in the analysis of issues that pays attention to both the epistemological foundations behind these issues, as well as the various social systems that surround each issue in a coordinated and Dynamic objectivity should pay attention to what it finds in you and not be oblivious to the identity of the meaning that the problem creates, spreads and promotes with itself.
