The purpose of this research is to investigate the experience of using instructional methods in the discussion of hijab by university employees. The research method is in the form of qualitative and phenomenological research, and therefore, among the employees of Shahid Madani University of Azerbaijan, with the experience of dealing with bad hijab and students' non-compliance with the hijab law, 12 people were selected through purposive sampling. were selected and an interview was conducted with them. Conversations were analyzed using Claysey's method. The findings obtained from this research showed that employees' experiences of dealing with bad hijab and students' non-compliance with the hijab law can be divided into 3 general themes of cognitive, emotional and behavioral methods. Based on these results, when using instructional methods in the matter of hijab, the person's thoughts (cognition), emotions and behavior should be taken into consideration, and it is better to use these three methods in a combined and interwoven manner. Based on this, correcting the cognitive dimension, informing, persuading and advertising effectively and artistically, using the media and virtual space platforms in a favorable way, using the endogenous and spontaneous participation of the students themselves, improving and making the university and the educational environment healthy and reforming the structures The university and the educational environment, and finally, the use of legal and compulsory methods for the few people who stubbornly insist on breaking the norm, should be at the forefront of all measures to deal with this harm
