The purpose of this research is to provide a model of using the media to guide hidden learning in order to add quality to the educational programs of high school schools in the 3rd district of Kermanshah. The research method is qualitative and with thematic analysis approach. The statistical population included professors of educational management, managers and teachers of high schools in Kermanshah. Sampling was done in a sufficient number and with a purposeful method based on reaching theoretical saturation (20 people). The research tools included systematic library study and structured exploratory interviews. The validity of the tool was evaluated and confirmed based on the legal and scientific validity of the sample, expert opinion and agreement between the correctors. The results of the theme analysis showed that motivational strategies, development of media literacy of teachers and administrators, staff selection, education, infrastructure and facilities, curriculum, teaching method and planning among the strategies of using the media in guiding hidden learning for the purpose of quality. They are a part of educational programs of schools. Based on the obtained results, the media have a high capacity in guiding the students' academic, educational and cultural-social activities, and teachers and teaching staff can advance the educational and educational programs of schools by taking advantage of hidden learning and active presence in the media.
