The current research was conducted with the aim of identifying and ranking the drivers for promoting the employability of conscripts based on Spatial planning using a mixed (qualitative-quantitative) approach.This research is in the field of mixed qualitative-quantitative research in the inductive-comparative approach, which is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of nature and method.The statistical population of the current research in the qualitative section is the professors and experts of management, economics and policy makers of the armed forces, and the sampling in this research is purposeful and there are 38 people.The statistical population is a quantitative part of the senior officials and employees of the General Staff of the Armed Forces and managers of the military service organization,which was determined by using non-probability sampling, with a sample size of 51 people.In the qualitative part of the research, a semi-structured interview was used to collect information, and its validity and reliability were confirmed using the CVR coefficient and Cohen's kappa test.In addition, a pairwise comparison questionnaire was used in the quantitative part, and reliability was confirmed by retest and validity by content validity.MAXQDA2020 software was used to code the data, which led to the identification of the drivers for promoting the employability.Then, by using the fuzzy Delphi technique, the ranking of the drivers .The results of the research indicate that that managing the talent of conscripts employees, dealing with learning plateaus, professionalization, retaining elite soldiers, meritorious recruitment and strategic alignment were identified as the most important drivers.
