The current research was designed and implemented with the aim of designing a diversity-oriented human resource management model for education.The current research was descriptive-survey in terms of its practical purpose, in terms of the method of data collection, which was mixed based on the research approach. The statistical population of the present research in the qualitative part included university professors and education managers.The sampling method was purposeful. And in the quantitative part of the statistical community, they included all managers and assistants of education.The tools of this research included semi-structured interviews and questionnaires. Open, axial and selective coding was used to examine the data of the qualitative part, and the structural equation modeling method and fuzzy technique were used in the quantitative part. To design the model from QDA Max Pro version software, to check and answer the research questions and to draw and compile the measurement model and structural model from SPSS version 24 and Smart PLS version 0.2 software and to perform fuzzy operations from the software Excel and MATLAB were used. The results of the present study showed that the research model has a good fit and it can be concluded that the diversity of human resources has an effect on the function and outcome, and the function and diversity of human resources has an effect on the outcome.The existing status of the components of human resource diversity is for average environment, for average knowledge, for fair personal characteristics, for average skill and for many behavioral examples.
