One of the most important influential elements in the Islamic society is the armed forces, which are responsible for establishing security in the society and defending against any threats, and in order to do it properly, in addition to communication and interaction with religious spirituality, they need development and excellence. They have (upgrade) it. The main purpose of this research; Achieving the pattern of spiritual empowerment to improve the defense capability of the military forces is in the defense thought of the supreme leader (Madazleh al-Ali). In this study, 270 speeches from the statements of the supreme leader (Madazleh al-Ali) in the meeting with the country's military forces (army, police and IRGC) studied during the years 1368 to 1402 and through three codings; Open, central and selective with the foundation data theory approach, 183 codes (concepts) and 30 categories were obtained. In the following, by analyzing the data and the relationship between them, contextual, environmental, strategic factors and consequences in the conceptual model, design, and based on this, the research questions have been answered. The results indicate that; The will of God, the religious and religious beliefs of individuals, deepening spirituality, organizational discipline, the spiritual dignity of military organizations, connection with the clergy, representing the values of holy defense and role modeling, are among the main factors of the model of development and excellence of spirituality in military forces
