Since most of the police forces perform duties in different regions of the country during their service, it is necessary for them to have a proper understanding of the culture of the regions where they serve. This research was developed with the aim of designing a model of recognition of intercultural indicators for the students of Imam Hassan Mojtabi (AS) University of Officers and Police Training. The present applied research was conducted with the qualitative approach of thematic analysis to determine the dimensions, components and indicators of the development model of intercultural knowledge skills. The interviewed community, the elites who knew about the subject, included professors and internal organizational commanders and external organizational informants who were selected in a purposeful method based on criteria, and the researchers reached data saturation with 16 people. The data collection tool was a semi-structured interview, the validity of which was obtained by using techniques to accurately guide the flow of the interview to collect data, create structured processes for the implementation and interpretation of convergent interviews. The intercultural recognition model of Officer University students was presented in 6 dimensions, 20 components and 48 indicators. The dimensions of ethnic general culture, ethnic psychology, policing issues, lifestyle, social communication and political culture were introduced with 4, 3, 5, 3, 3 and 2 components and 8, 6, 12, 9, 6 and 7 indicators, respectively.
