The aim of the current research was to design a pattern for producing premium cultural products by adolescents. A mixed-method approach (qualitative-quantitative) was utilized, employing grounded theory in the qualitative section and Delphi technique in the quantitative section. The population included university professors, opinion leaders, senior managers, media experts, and members of the Supreme Council of Cultural Revolution. the quantitative section, 20 questionnaires were distributed among experts. The findings suggest that "producing premium cultural products to counter intellectual and cultural colonization" is the core issue based on causal conditions such as "proper understanding of cultural dimensions for product production, normative and political compatibility among relevant cultural institutions, sufficient financial, legal, spiritual, and cultural support for producers of messages and products, content characteristics of cultural products, personality traits of religious and national role models, and social characteristics of religious and national role models." Strategies such as "organizational system utilization of non-governmental and governmental resources for designing premium products, identification of criteria for selecting religious and national role models, aesthetic presentation of role models to adolescents, policy-making for institutionalizing religious and national role models, prototype of religious and national role models, enhancement of cultural capital of audiences, and utilization of attractive, diverse, and appropriate cultural, artistic, and literary capacities" lead to "deep understanding and comprehension of religious and national role models, qualitative and quantitative improvement of production of works suitable for the spirit and needs of adolescents, enhancement of adolescents' cultural capital, and ethical modeling for adolescents.
