The present study was Designing a model of structural relations of psychological well-being based on moral intelligence and the mediating role of religious attitude of school principals. The current research was descriptive and correlational. The current research was descriptive and correlational. The statistical population of the research included the principals of the second secondary school in Ardabil in 2022, from which 137 people were selected by simple random sampling based on Morgan's table. To collect data, three questionnaires were used: moral intelligence of Lenik and Keel (2005), religious attitude of Golriz and Brahni (2009) and psychological well-being of Rif (1998). Structural equation model method and smart pls software were used to analyze the findings. Based on the obtained results, the variables of moral intelligence and religious attitude had a positive and significant effect on psychological well-being. Also, the indirect effect of moral intelligence on psychological well-being with the mediation of religious attitude was positive and significant. Considering the effect of moral intelligence training on increasing the psychological well-being of school principals and considering the society's need for healthy, energetic and productive people, moral intelligence training is recommended for principals. Considering the influential role of religious attitude on the psychological well-being of managers, they should pay attention to the religious attitudes of managers, including their cognitive, behavioral and emotional patterns.
