The purpose of the research was to design and validate the model of the special program (BOM) based on the theory of situational awareness in the second period of elementary education. The research method was mixed. Research synthesis method (qualitative meta-analysis) and descriptive-survey method were used in the quantitative part. The statistical population of the qualitative part was the text of interviews and books and articles (from 1993 to 2022) which were downloaded from reliable databases with full text. A total of 120 articles and 3 books were obtained. The participants of the qualitative part were ten experts in the field of curriculum planning with purposeful selection. In the quantitative part, there were 250 teachers of the second period of elementary schools who were randomly selected. In order to ensure validity, in addition to checking reliable sources, formal, content and expert opinion methods were used. In the aggregate synthesis, 42 classes were obtained for the curriculum elements. In the combined synthesis, 16 themes were extracted and the research model was designed. Validation of the model was done by structural equation method, path analysis by partial least square analysis (PLS) and by using Smart PLS-3 software. The model designed to pay attention to different dimensions of the curriculum is based on the theory of situational awareness, which is trusted by all curriculum models, and its validity was reviewed and confirmed by experts and experts; The use of the results of this study is teachers of the second period of elementary education.
