The field of science and knowledge in the country has such a huge capacity that it can provide the fields of excellence of the country in various dimensions. Knowing about this, the enemy has always tried to attack the country in the scientific field as in other fields; For this reason and in order to understand the mechanisms and methods that the enemy is using to attack the country in the field of science, there is a need to analyze and describe the enemy's "scientific attack" against the Islamic Revolution from the perspective of Imam Khamenei. To identify how this type of invasion is from His Holiness' point of view. The main goal of this research is to know the "scientific attack" of the enemy against the Islamic revolution and the main question is what it is based on the view of Imam Khamenei. This research is of a qualitative type, which has been collected and analyzed using two types of comparative and inductive data. Finally, by comparing "scientific dominance" as an overarching theme and the objectives of scientific invasion and the methods of scientific invasion as organized themes, it was determined that the enemy in scientific invasion has objectives such as stopping the scientific movement of the country, the scientific dependence of the country, and the intellectual transformation of the elites. and so on, to make them come true, he uses methods such as scientific embargo, scientific monopolization, scientific deprivation, preventing the establishment of scientific centers, etc.
