Dealing with subversive currents requires a series of solid and solid principles and foundations in terms of legislation, jurisprudence and law, which can be used as a criterion for action in this field and help us achieve this goal. Therefore, during the past years, we have always faced ups and downs in the face of soft subversive currents, and part of our lack of success can be the lack of clear guiding principles (fundamentals, principles, values, goals, policies, vision and mission) for be exposed to these currents. In this research, we used a questionnaire that was distributed among 58 experts and elites in this field from intelligence and security institutions and academic institutions related to dealing with soft subversive currents, then we identified the directional element and exposed them to selection and evaluation. In the validity phase, the validity of the questionnaire was obtained with the CVR value and according to the number of experts, and the items whose value was lower than the value determined in the table were removed and the rest were confirmed as directional elements.
