This research, with a qualitative approach and thematic analysis method, deals with extracting the effective components on the implementation of the strategy from the point of view of the Supreme Leader. The scope of the research includes all the statements of the Supreme Leader regarding the implementation of the strategy in the years 1368 to 1400, which were extracted from the website of the Office for the Preservation and Publication of the Works of Ayatollah Khamenei and Hadith Velayat software, and the sample was taken up to Data saturation continued, and 179 codes were extracted and analyzed and categorized. By analyzing the statements, finally, the extracted components are 179 basic themes, 17 organizing themes and 5 overarching themes, which in the form of a process include 5 steps before implementing the strategy, organizing the implementation of the strategy, managing the implementation of the strategy, and following up on the performance of the implementation. The strategy and finally the feedback was categorized. The result of the research showed that in the context of implementing the strategy, it is necessary for the government and the officials and managers of the organization to focus on the implementation of the process in order to achieve the most important desired result from the perspective of the Supreme Leader.
