The current research was conducted with the aim of identifying social and cultural factors influencing crisis management in Iranian sports organizations in the framework of a mixed approach and the data collection tool was a semi-structured interview in the qualitative part and a questionnaire in the quantitative part. The statistical community in both sectors included experts in the field of crisis management in sports, including professors of sports management, experts and managers in sports and youth departments, universities, clubs, and experts in the social and cultural fields. Sampling of the qualitative part was targeted and continued with the snowball reference technique until the theoretical saturation was reached (14 people).In the quantitative section, 384 samples were selected, In the qualitative data analysis, variance-based modeling was used, and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) with Smart PLS3 software was used to examine the appropriateness of the measurement tool(questionnaire).Also, the Kolmogorov Smirnov test was used to examine the research questions and objectives, and to examine the type of data distribution due to non-normality, Spearman’s non-parametric test was used by spss26 software.The results of the research showed that 5 factors for crisis management as social influencing factors include (job stability and security, acceptance of technology and media, communication skills, social trust and development of education and skills) and 3 factors as cultural influencing factors including (mental health, infrastructure) cultural and values and ethics) were identified. Correlation analysis showed that there is a positive relationship between the crisis management variable and all social and cultural influencing factors.
