مدل ساختاری – تفسیری نگهداشت نخبه‌های‌ورزشی در ایران

چکیده

با افزایش ارتباطات‌انسانی بین جوامع، پدیده مهاجرت بعنوان یکی از مهم‌ترین موضوع‌های اجتماعی، سیاسی، اقتصادی و بین‌المللی مطرح می‌شود. هدف از این مطالعه طراحی مدل نگهداشت نخبه‌های‌ورزشی در ایران بود. این تحقیق از نظر هدف توسعه‌ای - کاربردی و از لحاظ ماهیت، آمیخته (کیفی - کمی) با طرح ترکیبی اکتشافی – متوالی است. جامعه‌‌هدف پژوهش خبرگان آگاه به موضوع‌تحقیق بودند. جهت انجام مصاحبه‌های عمیق و جمع‌آوری داده‌های‌کیفی از تکنیک هدفمند گلوله‌برفی تا مرحله اشباع نظری 21 نفر بعنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند و برای تکمیل پرسشنامه‌های محقق‌ساخته در بخش‌کمی، نمونه‌ای به تعداد 5 نفر پیشنهاد شد. روایی داده‌های بخش-کیفی پژوهش از طریق مشاهده‌مداوم و بازبینی توسط همکار تایید و پایایی این داده‌ها با شیوه شاخص دوکدگذار 87% برآورد گردید. روایی داده‌ها در بخش‌کمی با بهره‌گیری از نسبت روایی‌محتوایی لاوشه %80 و پایایی آنها با ضریب آلفای کرونباخ %88 تایید شد. از شیوه تحلیل‌تماتیک مبتنی بر مدل براون و کلارک (2006) با بهره‌مندی از نرم‌افزار Maxqda10 شاخص‌های موثر بر نگهداشت نخبه-های‌ورزشی شناسایی و سپس مدل‌سازی با استفاده از تحلیل ساختاری – تفسیری (ISM) و بهره‌گیری از نرم‌افزار Matalab2016a انجام شد. در یافته‌های‌پژوهش،152 مفهوم‌اولیه در قالب 26 تم‌فرعی و 17 تم‌اصلی موثر بر نگهداشت نخبه‌های‌ورزشی شناسایی شدند. شاخص‌های شناسایی‌شده در شش سطح مدل ساختاری – تفسیری ترسیم شد که متشکل از شاخص‌های مدیریت کارآمد و توسعه-ورزش در سطح‌ششم و شاخص‌های بسترسازی و چرخه‌انتخابی اثربخش در سطح‌اول بود. با توجه به یافته‌ها، توسعه‌ورزش در سایه مدیریت‌کارآمد از عوامل مهم نگهداشت نخبه‌های‌ورزشی در ایران است که می‌تواند مبنایی برای تصمیم‌های‌مدیران و برنامه‌ریزان دراین حوزه باشد.

With the increase of human communication between societies, the phenomenon of migration is considered as one of the most important social, political, economic and international issues. The purpose of this study was to design a model for maintaining sports elites in Iran. This research aims to be developmental-applicative, and in terms of nature, it is mixed (qualitative-quantitative) with a combined exploratory-sequential design. The target community of the research was experts who were aware of the research topic. In order to conduct in-depth interviews and collect qualitative data from the targeted snowball technique until the theoretical saturation stage, 21 people were selected as a sample and to complete the researcher-made questionnaires in quantitative section, a sample of 5 people was suggested. The validity of the data of the qualitative part of the research was confirmed through continuous observation and review by a colleague and the reliability of these data was estimated to be 87% using the two coder index method. The validity of the data in the quantitative part was confirmed 80% by using the Lawshe content validity ratio and their reliability was confirmed 88% with the Cronbach’s alpha coefficient. Using the thematic analysis method based on the model of Braun and Clark (2006) and using the Maxqda10 software, the effective indicators on the maintenance of sports elites were identified and then modeling was done using structural-interpretive analysis (ISM) and using Matlab2016 software.
