الگوهای رفتاری بازدارنده مزاحمت برای زنان در قرآن کریم

چکیده

این تحقیق با هدف ارائه الگوهای رفتاری بازدارنده مزاحمت برای زنان از منظر قرآن کریم بوده و با روش تحلیل محتوا انجام گرفته است. یافته های این تحقیق نشان می دهد داشتن احساس امنیت از حقوق اولیه انسان‏ها قلمداد می گردد؛ این در حالی است که برخی، با ایجاد مزاحمت، زنان را از این حق محروم کرده و نظم روانی آنان را به هم می‏ریزند؛ زیرا مجرمین کار خود را مخفیانه پیش برده وافراد قربانی بعضاً نیز برای حفظ آبرو و کش‏دار نشدن مساله با سکوت و پنهان‏کاری، زمینه را برای سلطه‏گری بیشتر این افراد فراهم می‏کند. واقعیت جامعه حاکی از آن است که این مشکل بسیار فراگیر است و حساسیت نسبت به رفع آن ضروری است. زیرا سلامت جامعه در گرو سلامت زنان و مادران است. تا زمانی که نگاه جنسیتی به زنان از بین نرود و به زن به عنوان انسان نگریسته نشود نمی‏توان انتظار حضور سالم زنان در اجتماع را داشت و احساس امنیت را برای آنان فراهم نمود. بی تردید اسلام به عنوان کامل ترین برنامه بشریت، بهترین راهکارها را در این زمینه ارائه می‏دهد که نشان دادن این راهکارها بارویکردی توصیفی-تحلیلی هدف اصلی و بدیع مقالۀ حاضر قلمداد می‌شود.

چکیده [English]

Abstract
This research aims to provide behavior patterns that prevent harassment for women from the perspective of the Holy Quran and was conducted using the content analysis method. The findings of this research show that having a sense of security is considered one of the basic human rights; This is despite the fact that some, by creating disturbance, deprive women of this right and disrupt their mental order; Because the criminals carry out their work secretly and the victims sometimes, in order to maintain their reputation and not drag the issue with silence and concealment, it provides the ground for more dominance of these people. The reality of the society indicates that this problem is very widespread and sensitivity towards its solution is necessary. Because the health of society depends on the health of women and mothers. Until the gender view of women is removed and women are not viewed as human beings, it is not possible to expect the healthy presence of women in society and to provide them with a sense of security. Undoubtedly, Islam, as the most complete program of humanity, offers the best solutions in this field, and showing these solutions is considered to be the main and innovative goal of this article.
