The culture of resistance and stability, jihad and martyrdom is one of the elements of the culture of the Islamic Revolution of Iran, which has shown the world the most efficient and exciting phenomena in the field of sacred defense and in international scenes and community management. The analysis of the culture of self-sacrifice and martyrdom as the cultural identity of the Iranian society is important from the point of view that global arrogance with cultural and economic means is always trying to change the cultural identity of the Islamic society. This research has been done with the aim of analyzing the culture of sacrifice and martyrdom in the wills of martyrs of holy defense. The research method is phenomenology, where semantic units and major concepts have been discovered through collage technique using MAXQDA software. The statistical population includes all martyrs of the Holy Defense of Khalkhal city, which are 357 people according to the announcement of the Khalkhal City Martyr Foundation and Veteran Affairs Department. The sampling method was purposeful and 46 wills were analyzed. The research results showed; In their wills, the precious martyrs have expressed 46 concepts related to the culture of sacrifice and martyrdom, and by formulating the discovered concepts, three topic clusters were extracted, which are: 1- Opportunities to strengthen the culture of sacrifice and martyrdom, 2 - Harms of strengthening the culture of sacrifice and martyrdom, 3- Solutions to strengthen the culture of sacrifice and martyrdom.
