Training is one of the main and important priorities in military universities. The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces (Modzaleh Al-Ali) has a lot to say about the importance of these universities. Identifying the educational characteristics of professors and educators is essential for the continuous and accurate movement of those involved in the field of education. The purpose of this article is to enumerate the educational characteristics of professors and instructors of a military university. The research method is descriptive-survey and the method of collecting library information is also prepared by examining the votes and opinions of 100 university commanders and managers. Based on the research findings, the educational indicators of professors and educators are strengthening and excellence of basic knowledge and insight, upgrading the level of Islamic knowledge and insight, upgrading the level of political knowledge and familiarity with methods of cultural aggression, further familiarity with the roots of the Islamic Revolution And revolutionary is the strengthening and excellence of the spirit of cooperation in cultivation, learning and piety, strengthening and excellence of practical development, righteous action, mastery and skill in the ways of communication between people and Basijis and familiarity with the cultural achievements of 8 years of holy defense.
